We are seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals in Aurora, Colorado. Candidates should be willing and able to travel to clients located throughout the Aurora area.

In this role, you will provide hands-on assistance that promotes independence, dignity, and safety.

You will assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. You will also provide meaningful companionship, offering conversation, social engagement, and emotional support to help individuals feel connected, valued, and supported in their daily lives.

This position requires strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to follow individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation. You will play a key role in helping individuals live safely and comfortably in their home environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous home care or community-based experience preferred but not required
