The Production Services team is seeking referrals and interested candidates for a Production Services Coordinator position.

We're a quality-driven production team looking to add a dependable, motivated team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional work. In this role, you'll help produce a variety of hand-assembled kits that support some of our most important client programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Read & execute assembly and mailing instructions from an automated job ticket system and take direction from Team Leaders and the Director.
• Process jobs per department and client expectations using all assembly and mail house equipment under tight timelines; and the ability to make necessary corrections to ensure quality output.
• Understand and execute detailed assembly of kitting projects that require the assembly of multiple personalized items.
• Assembly of a wide variety of kits from envelopes to presentation packaging.
• Record time and project information accurately in a variety of job ticket and work order systems.
• Load and wrap skids.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that deals with last minute changes on a day to day basis.
• Ability to multi-task, while maintaining an attention to detail and quality.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• The job will require frequent lifting of 40 pounds items.

Additional Skills & Abilities - Helpful But Not Required

• Experience of shipping procedures and systems, both Domestic and Global (training provided).
• Experience with running mailing equipment (training provided).
• Experience of digital print and bindery equipment (training provided).
• Past Experience of mailing regulations and postage.
• Past Experience of inventory systems.

Education/Experience Required

• High school graduation/GED. Technical education preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience required.

Hourly rate range is $22.00 to $25.00. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
