Role Description This is a full-time Operations Manager position located on-site in Omaha, NE. The Operations Manager will oversee and improve internal processes, manage office operations, and support the implementation of strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with management to streamline workflows. The Operations Manager will also handle resource allocation, maintain quality standards, and manage client service operations within the firm.
