Operations Manager Complete Comfort, Inc. Omaha, NebraskaEmployment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $70,000-$100,000/year depending on experience plus spiffs Schedule: Monday through FridayTake Ownership of Operations and Help Us Build a Stronger HVAC CompanyComplete Comfort, Inc. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to our growing HVAC operation.This isn't a position for someone who wants to simply maintain what's already in place. We're looking for someone who can evaluate how we operate, identify where things are getting stuck, and take ownership of improving our processes, reporting, technology, and overall efficiency.You'll work closely with the owner and a team that includes service technicians, installation crews, sales, dispatch, and bookkeeping.
