Responsibilities
- Observe each resident continually, report changes in mental and physical well-being to the Supervisor, and relay detailed status reports to the incoming shift
- Accurately receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders; administer medications and treatments and document in MAR/TAR and electronic systems
- Order and maintain pharmaceuticals for the unit; supervise LNAs in accordance with NH Board of Nursing requirements; assign care tasks and assist with direct care as time allows
- Accompany the physician on rounds on the assigned unit(s) to address medical needs and facilitate 60-day reviews
- Administer oxygen per guidelines; perform gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings and wound care (including wound vacs); monitor unit duties and infection control practices
- Admit, discharge, and transfer residents with appropriate documentation; complete 24-hour unit reports and maintain communication with Nurse Manager/Nursing Supervisor regarding concerns

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- BLS (AHA) certification current
- Minimum 3 years of current LPN experience (within last 6 months)
- IV certified or willing to obtain during onboarding
- COVID-19 vaccination required (declinations/exemptions not accepted)
- Willingness to float to units where experienced; residence outside 50 miles of the facility (locals within 50 miles will not be accepted)
