About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP Strategy for its Business Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and data strategy, with a focus on driving the overall portfolio strategy, including pricing, platform, and data strategy. This role involves partnering with key internal stakeholders to design and enhance pricing constructs, leading annual pricing analysis, and providing recommendations for strategic adjustments. The VP Strategy will also own the 3-year strategic roadmap, lead the implementation of automation solutions, and drive process improvements to increase the efficacy and efficiency of the company's products and solutions. Additionally, the role requires the determination and management of business strategy metrics, KPIs, and reports to measure the impact of solutions across the organization. Applicants for the VP Strategy position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading high-performing data, business strategy, or related teams, and at least 5 years in the wealth management industry. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in working with senior and executive leadership to develop and maintain a cross-domain investment roadmap, as well as experience with Salesforce or Salesforce service cloud. An MBA is preferred, and experience in corporate strategy or business strategy roles within financial services is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator, deliver exceptional client experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They should be driven to help clients succeed, embrace creativity, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
