About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Enterprise Technology Strategy to lead the Portfolio & Agile Delivery and Solution Management functions. This senior leadership role is pivotal in enabling the enterprise technology strategy, portfolio governance, and business and solution architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and owning portfolio governance, defining and maintaining the multi-year enterprise technology strategy, and partnering with leaders across various corporate departments to align technology capability roadmaps with enterprise goals. The VP will also lead a team of solution architects, business architects, designers, and coaches, and will be a key representative of the enterprise technology strategy in executive forums and vendor relationships. Applicants for the VP, Enterprise Technology Strategy role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive technology leadership experience, with a strong background in setting and executing enterprise technology strategy within large, complex organizations. Deep knowledge of modern architecture patterns, including cloud, API-led integration, and microservices, as well as experience with emerging AI/ML and agentic system design, is essential. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, and experience in leading and developing multi-disciplinary technology teams. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP SuccessFactors is highly valued.
