About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Southeast Enterprise Geos Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and revenue targets. This includes managing a team of 6-8 enterprise sellers, defining and optimizing their territories, and driving sales goals. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strategic vision, capable of owning the regional sales forecast, and using data and analytics to monitor and improve key performance indicators. The RVP will also be tasked with building a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentorship, and ensuring a consultative, value-led sales approach. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 12 years of sales team management experience, particularly in the software industry, with a focus on enterprise, complex software selling, SaaS, or platform sales. A proven track record in a quota-carrying sales role is essential, with a preference for those who have experience in building and enabling rapidly growing teams. The role demands strong leadership skills, the ability to cultivate strategic relationships, and a portfolio of C-level contacts. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach mentality, strong emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills. Familiarity with SaaS business metrics and a consultative sales approach is also required.
