About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and oversee the operations and growth strategy for a specific geographic territory. The successful candidate will be a key leader responsible for a significant annual revenue, driving strong growth and profitability by leveraging the company's tools and resources. This role involves working closely with functional and brand leaders to develop and deploy sales and business strategies, as well as assessing and integrating new brands into the company's family. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading people, managing a P&L, and a deep understanding of sales and operations in a consumer service business. Key responsibilities for the Regional Vice President include developing and implementing operational policies to improve performance and customer satisfaction, monitoring KPIs, and identifying organic growth opportunities. The role also requires the ability to think strategically, foster win-win solutions, and ensure a strong focus on customer experience. The candidate should have a proven track record in project management, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time. A background in residential remodeling or construction, as well as experience in leading a business over multiple locations, is highly valued.
