Oven Inspector

Field‑Based | Industrial Maintenance & Reliability A confidential industrial organization is seeking an experienced Oven Inspector / Repair Team Lead to support the long‑term reliability and integrity of critical high‑temperature assets across multiple operating sites. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field professional with deep experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial oven or furnace systems, who is comfortable balancing on‑site execution with data‑driven decision making. Key Responsibilities field inspections of oven mechanical and refractory systems to assess condition, risk, and reliability Document inspection results and analyze data to prioritize maintenance and repair activities Develop and communicate repair recommendations to site leadership and maintenance teams Support and lead repair crews and contractors , ensuring quality and safe execution Participate in reliability improvement efforts , root cause analysis, and asset performance reviews Work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to plan and execute corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards in demanding industrial environments What We’re Looking For Strong field troubleshooting experience in reliability and/or maintenance roles Demonstrated ability to use inspection data and analytics to guide maintenance strategy Prior experience working in high‑temperature industrial environments , such as: Industrial ovens or furnaces Glass or refractory‑intensive operations Coke battery or comparable heavy industrial processes Working knowledge of refractory systems and mechanical integrity Comfortable working in both office and extreme outdoor/plant environments Previous experience leading or coordinating repair crews is a plus Compensation: $90-110k Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
