Timeshare, hotel, or travel agent experience strongly preferred.Strong communication, service mindset, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Comfort working in Salesforce, Cloudbeds, or similar reservation/CRM systems (preferred).Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.High school diploma preferred.Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Join us at the start of something big.
