• 2 years of experience as a RN
• Valid RN license
• Be willing to obtain TN licensure
• Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a home health setting, you'll provide expert nursing care and patient education, ensuring a safe and effective recovery process.

• Administer nursing care to Home Health patients, following the RN scope of practice.
• Utilize OASIS and Homecare Homebase EMR systems to document patient progress accurately.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
