Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547
Setting: Acute Care / ICU
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Nights, Rotating Weekends
Pay: $27–$39/hr
Differential: +$4.25/hr nights
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 through 9/25
Relocation: Case-by-case

Summary

Permanent ICU RN opportunity in Fort Walton Beach, FL, offering a night-shift schedule with rotating weekends.
The role focuses on providing direct care to critically ill acute-care patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
1+ year of acute-care ICU experience is preferred; ED or Surgical Floor experience may also be considered.
Competitive pay plus night differential, $10K sign-on bonus, and case-by-case relocation assistance.

Position Overview

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Perform procedures and treatments ordered by providers.
• Administer medications and monitor patient response.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ year acute-care ICU experience preferred
• ED or Surgical Floor experience may be considered
• Active RN license
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS within 30 days
• ACLS within 90 days
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days
• TNCC within 6 months
