About the Role:

The Housing Project Manager - Re-Entry plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating housing initiatives designed to support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. This position is responsible for ensuring that housing projects are effectively planned, implemented, and managed to provide safe, stable, and supportive living environments that promote successful re-entry outcomes. The manager collaborates with community partners, service providers, and government agencies to align resources and services that address the unique needs of re-entry populations. By monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, the role ensures that housing solutions are sustainable and impactful. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing housing or community development projects, preferably with a focus on re-entry or vulnerable populations.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, funding mechanisms, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder collaborations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Public Policy, or Urban Planning.
• Experience working directly with justice-involved individuals or re-entry programs.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and supportive housing models.
• Proficiency in grant writing and securing funding from public and private sources.
• Knowledge of data management systems and program evaluation methodologies.
