Hope the Mission is seeking a Housing-Focused Case Manager in North Hollywood, CA. The role focuses on housing-first, Trauma-Informed care, and rapid placement into permanent housing, with proactive client assessment to identify barriers and subsidies. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in homeless services or housing navigation.
