CTI Case Manager: Housing Stability Advocate
PATH (People Assisting The Homeless)
PATH is seeking a CTI Case Manager for the Marmion Way location in Los Angeles, CA, to support Intensive Case Management Services in a Permanent Supportive Housing setting. You will meet tenants, develop person-centered plans, and coordinate services to promote housing stability. The role requires at least two years in healthcare or homeless services, flexibility for evenings/weekends, CPR/First Aid training, COVID vaccination proof, and completion of required screenings. #J-18808-Ljbffr PATH (People Assisting The Homeless)
