Apply now!Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:Set up winding machinery for operationAssemble units using hand and power hand toolsLoad and change spools of wire and coilsTest assembled units and verify units meet all electrical and mechanical specificationsWeld and solder copper and steel. Hand solder wire to terminalsAssemble core legsLabel products as appropriateComputer keyboard entry of all necessary production dataRequirements for Mechanical Assembler:Skilled in copper and steel welding as well as hand solderingAble to add, subtract, multiply and divide proficientlyAble to read three-way dimensional drawings, blueprints and work orders in EnglishAble to write production information/data in EnglishAble to read and correctly interpret measurements using tape measuresAble to enter data via computer keyboard, bring up three-way dimensional drawings, read and set counters, and print labelsAt least two years of steady work experience preferredIND102QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
