College degree in Hospitality-related field is preferred. Two to four years of food service experience required. CCRC dining experience required. Resort and/or country club experience a plus. Multi point of service experience a plus to manage retail, event and dining room service. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Maintains excellent relationships with the residents, resident family members, guests, peers and management. Works with the Chef and Director of Dining Services in suggesting nutritious and top-quality food for residents and guests. Implements and maintains new culinary and service programs in conjunction with the culinary team. Trains and maintains a high standard for dining room and other food service venues.
