Pay & Perks: $20 – $26/hour based on experience and performance Weekly pay Tips are common Performance bonuses Flexible scheduling – work hard, but still have time for life Company outings and team events Paid training and ongoing development Clear path for growth into higher-level roles What You’ll Be Doing: Safely operating a 26’ box truck (non-CDL) Leading a crew on residential and commercial moves Setting the pace, tone, and standard on every job Protecting furniture, homes, and customer trust Loading and unloading with efficiency and attention to detail Communicating clearly with customers and your team throughout the day What We’re Looking For: This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for professionals who...
