You will serve as a vital field leader, spearheading the installation of innovative motorized screen systems in some of Tennessee’s finest homes. This role empowers you to solve complex technical challenges on-site while maintaining the high standards of a rapidly growing industry leader. How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead on-site installation teams to ensure the precise execution of high-end motorized screen projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical hurdles involving carpentry, masonry, and electrical tasks during the installation process.
• Communicate professionally with high-end homeowners and builders to provide status updates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate directly with the Operations Director to report project progress and manage field resources effectively.
• Uphold a rigorous work ethic while maintaining a calm demeanor to navigate the unique challenges of custom residential job sites.
• Drive project completion efficiency to meet performance benchmarks and qualify for performance-based bonuses.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in high-end construction, including the ability to navigate carpentry and masonry challenges.
• Strong technical aptitude for electrical tasks associated with motorized or automated systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage field operations with minimal oversight.
• Commitment to a non-smoking work environment to maintain a professional image with clients.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in window treatments, automated screens, or specialty construction.
• Completion of technical training or a formal apprenticeship in a related field.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish)
