Maintenance Technician Milwaukee, WI

We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a growing Milwaukee manufacturer offering excellent pay, long-term stability, and opportunities for career advancement.

Pay

Up to $46.00/hr based on experience
Weekly pay
Overtime available

What You'll Be Doing

Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
Perform preventative, predictive, and emergency maintenance
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and automated equipment
Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Perform equipment installations and upgrades
Complete maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

Required

Industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

Preferred

480V electrical experience
PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics
Experience with conveyors, robotics, packaging equipment, or automated production lines
Welding and fabrication experience
CMMS experience
