• 6:30 am - 6:30 pm shifts -- 7 on 7 off, 2 weeks per month
• 10 - 12 patients per day
• Hospital setting
• eICU rounding -- collaborative model with intensivist support available
• No procedures required -- must be comfortable with codes
• Vacancy coverage -- perm recruitment in progress
• No call
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
