Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and functional abilities, developing a solid understanding of each patient's home environment and specific needs.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans designed to meet individual goals, integrating both therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Deliver hands-on therapy using various methods, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities, while demonstrating flexibility to adapt based on patient response.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and enhance long-term health.
• Continuously monitor, document, and analyze patient progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, participating in case discussions to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring thorough documentation of treatment and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, meeting all regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
