Job Summary: Lead the entire manufacturing business and drive growth, profitability, and operational performance . This role has full P&L responsibility and oversees sales, operations, production, engineering, quality, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Own revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, pricing, and margins Lead sales, marketing, customer relationships, and business growth Improve production, quality, efficiency, and factory utilization Build and develop strong leadership teams Identify and solve business and operational issues Expand into new markets and grow the customer base Manage working capital and maintain financial discipline Ideal Candidate: Proven experience leading and growing a manufacturing business Strong P&L, financial, sales, and operations experience Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven leadership style Experience in metal fabrication, machining, contract manufacturing, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
