We are seeking a Specialist to join the GIW Business Finance team in Pittsburgh.In this role, you’ll make an impact by:Supporting financial analysis and reporting for the Investments & Wealth businessContributing to key Finance processes, including period close, forecasting, planning, and management reportingAnalyzing key financial metrics, including AUM, revenue, expenses, and organic growth, to generate meaningful insights for business and Finance leadershipCollaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and support short- and long-term priorities, planning efforts, and projectsDemonstrating a process owner mindset by proactively improving workflows and strengthening reporting processesTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience1–3 years of relevant work experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to stakeholder communication and follow-throughAt BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
