Client Service Coordinator

Manages customer orders from initial purchase order through production and final shipment. This role works closely with customers and internal departments to coordinate order requirements, track progress, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure timely and accurate service. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, can manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay rate & Scheduled:

• $20.00$23.00/hour (Based on experience)
• 1st Shift: MondayFriday | 8:30 AM5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system.
• Track orders from initial entry through production and final shipment.
• Previous experience in customer service, order management, project coordination, or administrative support preferred.
• Monitor incoming customer materials and provide order status updates.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Operations regarding scheduling and order requirements.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), batch records, and certifications.
• Prepare and complete customer inventory reports.
• Close completed orders within the ERP system.
• Assist with packaging and shipping product samples.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support communication across departments.
• Complete change control and deviation documentation as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with different departments.
