Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time / Part-Time

This role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy services in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and best clinical practices.

Sign-On Bonus:

• $10,000 for Full-Time
• $5,000 for Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy services to patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and clinical standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active California Physical Therapy License in good standing
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following settings:
• • Acute care
  • Skilled nursing / swing bed
  • Outpatient rehabilitation
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and EMR platforms
• Ability to manage diverse patient populations and diagnoses
