Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences? Lodging America at Guin, located in Guin, AL, is looking for a dedicated and professional Server to join our team. If you have a knack for hospitality and at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Server at Lodging America at Guin, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly.
• Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
• Answering questions about the menu and making recommendations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handling guest concerns or requests with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a server or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
