This position will analyze and monitor contractor compliance with State and Federal labor laws and University policies, investigate potential violations, audit payroll records, and report and enforce prevailing wage requirements on projects. Additionally, the position will manage the compliance, integrity, and accessibility of a complex electronic filing system. The role functions as the department’s data analyst for diversity reporting, synthesizing financial data to track spend utilization for small business, disabled veteran, and women‑owned business enterprises for UCOP reporting. Key Responsibilities Analyze and monitor contractor compliance with State and Federal labor laws and University policies.
