Customer Service RepresentativeBilingual (Spanish/English) customer service representative needed immediately for a long term temporary assignment at a Saugus corporation. Hours: Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00AM to 6:00 PM. Essential duties/responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issues, processing applications for walk-in patrons, performing account maintenance, assisting in the reduction of production backlog, contacting customers for additional account information, preparing reports, cash out and preparing deposit at end of shift, and assisting in opening and closing the office as needed. Spanish/English speaking is necessary. Back Bay Staffing Group
