Physical Therapy Assistant Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at North Lake Care Center. As a Physical Therapy Assistant Full Time , you will play a crucial role in helping our residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to help us deliver on our mission.
Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions
Conduct therapy sessions as directed by the Physical Therapist
Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment

Requirements:
1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
Must pass a background screening as part of the Clearinghouse requirements
