Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the full payroll function across multiple entities, ensuring that pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government agencies and company policy. Scope includes complex payroll processing, payroll reconciliations, and payroll-related account support. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong technical payroll background, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage a high-responsibility payroll environment.
The Payroll Specialist serves as a key resource for employees and management regarding payroll-related matters and works closely with Accounting, Human Resources, Operations, and department managers to ensure accurate employee compensation, timekeeping, and reporting.
