We work together to enhance peoples' lives through our products and presence in the communities in which we operate.​Job Summary: Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices; manage discrepancies between invoices and system purchase ordersEssential Job Duties/Responsibilities:Follow SOX compliance with accuracy, control and efficiencyReview invoices to ensure approvals are compliant with DOA coding of non-PO invoicesCoding variance of 2 and 3 way match invoices to purchase ordersCorrespond with vendors and respond to inquiries regarding discrepanciesEnsure supplier master records are accurate with change of address or payment termsRoutine review and follow up of outstanding RNVPerform reconciliation of supplier statementsPrepare accrual listing for Business UnitsWeekly EDI upload as requiredLiaise with internal and external suppliers/customersMaintain level of quality consistent with established standardsComply with established safety rulesComply with company policy and proceduresMaintain constructive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and managersMaintain regular attendance in accordance with company policyMinimum QualificationsPost-Secondary degree or diploma in AccountingExperience with large ERP JD Edwards preferredKnowledge of intermediate to advanced accounting principlesSuperior written and verbal communication skills along with strong analytical problem solvingIntermediate to advance knowledge of Excel Word, Outlook and various Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent attention to details with the ability to multitaskExperience with OCR and workflow preferredWestlake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
