Manage, empower, and motivate team members in a dynamic work environment. Proactively execute administrative functions to achieve seamless patient care including the review of clinician caseloads, staffing needs, recruitment process, and assigned scheduling of team members. Use and learn tools and systems, problem solve new and different situations, and elevate issues timely to leadership to achieve organizational success and improved clinical outcomes. Qualifications Licenses and Certifications: License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse, Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist licensed in New York State required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy from a program approved by the New York State Department of Education or equivalent work experience required orMaster's Degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy or equivalent work experience required Work Experience: Minimum of three years nursing experience and one year home health experience required orMinimum of three years of physical therapy experience requiredClinical management experience preferred Pay Range USD $98,200.00 - USD $130,800.00 /Yr.
