Clinical Manager (RN) – Adult Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager . Our team provides best-in-class care to adult clients throughout Philadelphia County. As a Clinical Manager, you’ll support a team of nurses while helping ensure exceptional care for our clients in the comfort of their homes. Highlights Monday–Friday opportunity Paid weekly Comprehensive benefits package Career advancement and growth opportunities Leadership development opportunities As a Clinical Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care. Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County. Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation. Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses. Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff. Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum of 2 years of RN experience. Medical-surgical experience required. Home care experience preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County. Why Join BAYADA?
