Our nonprofit client is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Data Entry, Quality Assurance & Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, reviewing documentation for accuracy, processing applications, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling documentation, has strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Process and review applications while ensuring completeness and accuracy Perform quality assurance checks on data and documentation Accurately enter information into databases and internal systems Verify records and identify discrepancies or missing information Provide detail oriented and friendly customer service via phone, email, and in person Respond to inquiries and assist applicants with the application process Maintain accurate and organized electronic records Handle high-volume data entry and administrative tasks while meeting deadlines Follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, or quality assurance preferred Experience reviewing documentation and processing applications is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with high-volume workloads and repetitive tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, operations, program coordination, or a related office-based role is preferred.
• Ability to enter numeric and text-based information quickly and accurately while maintaining strong quality control.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, accounting platforms, or case management systems is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and consistent follow-through when handling requests and resolving issues.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with reports, financial information, and documentation that requires accuracy and confidentiality.
