Must have at least 3 years of prior leadership experience Admin to Clinical ratio? 120 hours/month 33 admin 87 clinical Credentialing questions: Will emergency privileges be an option? Yes Are case logs needed? If so what are the requirements? Yes for any surgical case central lines intubation etc. for last 2 years. Hospital/unit questions Number of ER Bays? 44 Number of Patients/Hour? 1.51 What’s the patient mix? Adults and peds Trauma center designation? Level 2 FL Level 1 AL Is there nurse/APP Triage for lower acuity? Yes Specialty Specific Questions: Emergency Medicine Shift lengths? 8 10 12 --- 8 hours Admin VS 9-12 hours varies clinical AM and PM Shift Coverage Needed?
