Apres Ski Pub - Front of House Supervisor

Overview The Apres Ski Pub Front of House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Avalanche Bay Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of the restaurant, primarily floor management. The supervisor will lead 10-15 staff members in a dining room setting and snack shack outlet, train and motivate team members, and establish and maintain department goals. Responsibilities Assist with scheduling, daily staffing levels, payroll, inventory, and related tasks. Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant, including service stations, banquet areas, and work areas. Took appropriate action on any complaint or problem to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborated with Avalanche Bay staff and other departments to plan and coordinate events requiring food and beverage service. Maintained awareness of accident prevention and safety. Sought new methods, techniques, equipment, and materials to improve overall efficiency and quality of the restaurant. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must possess a high school diploma or GED and have six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience with point‑of‑sale software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred. Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and guest‑relation skills; extensive knowledge of all positions in a restaurant setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boyne Mountain Resort
