Service Coordinator – Customer Service Specialist ($18.00 – $20.00 per hour DOE) Position Overview: Serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to homeowners and commercial clients. Builds scheduling and dispatches service technicians, coordinates maintenance visits, and manages follow‑ups. Hours 9:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (occasionally Saturdays during peak season). Join a Company That Puts People First!
