Quality Control Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Comply with safety requirements and actively promote a positive safety culture. Maintain and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and business needs. Collaborate with management to develop and execute the QMS strategy. Manage ISO 9001 certification processes, including coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality procedures and documentation. Track, analyze, and report project progress to customers to support accurate scheduling, forecasting, and decision-making. Ensure all quality system documents are current, controlled, and compliant with internal and external requirements. Lead internal and external audit activities, including scheduling, execution, reporting, and follow-up on nonconformities. Analyze audit results and manage audit findings to drive process improvements and communicate key insights to leadership. Ensure quality processes meet customer requirements and support successful audit outcomes. Introduce and integrate new quality systems, tools, and procedures as needed. Train and educate employees on QMS standards, procedures, and best practices. Perform additional quality and compliance-related duties as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

5+ years of experience in the construction industry, quality management, and ISO 9001 systems. Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, quality certification, training, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS). Auditing experience, including internal and/or external audits. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation. Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self‑direction. Proven ability to develop and implement processes that support business and quality system requirements. Experience delivering training or facilitating learning sessions preferred. Willingness to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
