Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,325 per week

Position Overview Cross Country Nurses is recruiting a travel RN for the Labor and Delivery Department in Indianapolis, Indiana. This assignment supports a Level IV Women & Infants Hospital and requires adherence to maternal and neonatal care protocols. Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 per week Shift: 12‑hour nights Employment Type: Travel Schedule & Compensation Nights, 12‑hour shifts (minimum 36 hours per week). Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation. Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Qualifications Valid nursing license. Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Familiarity with magnesium, insulin drips, and advanced external fetal monitoring. Experience with pregnant patients in labor and delivery settings (preferred). Prior high‑risk unit experience (preferred). Adherence to AWHONN guidelines (preferred). Responsibilities Provide specialized care to high‑risk labor patients. Perform targeted assessments and support deliveries in a fast‑paced environment. Serve as charge nurse for Labor & Delivery and the high‑risk unit, ensuring 1:1 care during active labor and up to two patients in early or latent labor. Maintain strict no‑tolerance policy on calling in and uphold safety and clinical standards. Float rotation may be required. Benefits Private housing or generous housing allowance.
