We are looking for a detail-oriented, client service focused Customer Success Manager with advertising experience that will work hand in hand with product and business development. The Customer Success Manager will be a crucial member of a growing team that will support Twitch in meeting its objectives and providing best in class client service to our clients that are specifically interested in our influencer marketing products. The ideal candidate will have experience with client management, media planning, and campaign operations.You can work in San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; or New York, NY.You Will:Campaign Management:Work with the finance team on any client approvals and revenue recognitionOwn pre-sale process related to media planning and internal IOsBe client facing point of contact to ensure smooth execution and deliveryGuide clients through internal purchasing toolsClient Management:Provide highest level of customer service to internal clients, as a key point person for media plans and campaign operationsWork to manage any custom programs or sponsorships with other departments internally and lead the custom content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and deliveredKick-off campaign with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimizationAssist in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracyWork with Campaign Operations to troubleshoot live campaignsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Twitch's site features and productsYou Have:4+ years of online media/planning experienceExperience helping clients execute media campaignsExcellent written, presentation and oral communication skillsExcellent collaboration skillsAble to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and though the proper escalation processWorks well with others in high-energy environment with minimal supervisionExperience and comfortability working with technical product teamsBonus PointsWork experience in online mediaPrevious agency experiencePerksMedical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance401(k)Maternity & Parental LeaveFlexible PTOAmazon Employee DiscountPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
