ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a small, growing team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent six years as a team member, gaining valuable experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful agency.

Im a graduate of Florida International University. Im focused on building a team that is driven, positive, and ready to grow alongside the business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jackson Philgren - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
