We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Configurator to join our dynamic team with a focus on maintaining and enhancing our existing SAP ECC 6 environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, with occasional travel to U.S. sites and international locations in LATAM and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 60% support and configuration, 20% enhancements, and 20% involvement in projects and data migration efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Global Support, ABAP developers, and finance teams, to resolve integration issues with systems such as Concur, Serrala FS2, Vertex, and HFM.
• Drive process improvements in areas such as intercompany transactions, tax interfaces, and electronic invoicing initiatives.
• Support localization efforts across North America, LATAM, and EMEA regions.

Team Dynamics:

Work closely with various teams under the guidance of the FICO Team Lead and IT leadership. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication, and a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0, particularly in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in configuring modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and CO-PA.
• Experience with global team collaboration and familiarity with bolt-on systems and interfaces.
• Knowledge of SAP migration processes and automation tools is advantageous.
• Awareness of ABAP debugging and multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin, is a plus.
• Experience with localizations and tax solutions in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico is desirable.

Travel Requirements:

Approximately 10% travel, primarily to U.S. sites, with occasional trips to LATAM and EMEA for project-related activities.
