Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to support customer acquisition, sales growth and coordination, inventory forecasting, and social media engagement. This role requires strong communication, customer relationship management, reporting accuracy, and operational oversight skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

• Identify and onboard new customers.
• Meet established sales goals and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders, estimates, deliveries, and payments.
• Enter orders into QuickBooks Online (QBO) if needed
• Track customer orders from estimate creation through delivery.
• Travel as needed to visit existing and prospective customers (approximately 30% annually).

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare and submit monthly sales, sample, and estimate reports.
• Maintain trade show planning updates and monitor shipping and production reports for accuracy.

Social Media Administration

• Manage and monitor company social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Coordinate with third-party social media providers and post promotional content regularly.
• Support marketing efforts through advertising materials and mailing lists.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, operations, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred.
• Social media management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
