Key Responsibilities Review contracts, financial statements, and compliance docs for accuracy, consistency, and legal sufficiency. Conduct compliance audits to identify potential legal and regulatory risks. Perform risk assessments to detect discrepancies or gaps in legal and financial practices. Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for improving compliance and minimizing risk. Support forensic reviews, investigations, and due diligence during transactions or regulatory inquiries. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of exposure to auditing, compliance, or risk management in a law firm or corporate legal department Experience with legal billing platforms, i.e., BottomLine, Legal Exchange Deep understanding of legal auditing standards and compliance frameworks Exceptional analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and written and oral communication skills Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and communicate findings to attorneys and clients Base salary compensation range, DOE $160K-$180K+.
