Seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our clients team in Frederick, Maryland. responsibilities:

• Work a 12hr rotating schedule - day and night shift

• Maintain a zero-incident safety culture by following all facility safety and environmental regulations

• Provide electrical and controls support for roofing manufacturing lines and auxilary equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in PLCs, HMIs, and automated systems

• Modify existing programs to improve machine sequencing and alarm responses

• Perform electrical maintenance and wiring on AC and DC power distribution systems up to 480V

• Achieve and maintain facility-level electrician certification

• Install software updates and perform equipment calibrations and machine setups

• Partner with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues

• Update and redline system drawings, schematics, and layouts

• Analyze operational data to diagnose and fix performance problems

• Manage critical environmental and process control systems

• Complete both scheduled maintenance tasks and emergency repairs during production downtime

• Operate powered industrial vehicles like forklifts and man-lifts

• Document work and manage tasks within a computerized maintenance management system

• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed to support 24/7 operations
