Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician | Frederick, Maryland, United States

Duration: 12 months (Possible Temp-Hire)

Shift: Weekend PM (Nights) Fri-Mon 6:00PM - 6:30AM

Pay Rate: $35.65/hr W2

Position Summary:

As a Sr Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in our maintenance team.
This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work within a world-class environment, ensuring flawless operations and supplying to our ambitious goals

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company
Intervening in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance
Performing tooling changes, machine setups, and making in-process adjustments
Rebuilding, calibrating, and configuring sealing components and controls
Documenting clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls

Experience:

Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics, including PLC Programmable Logic Controllers, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoids
