Employment Type: Permanent

License/Certs: NC RN License, Board Certified NNP (No FNP/PNP)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP (excluding RN experience)

What You'll Do

• Perform daily rounds on newborns in a Level I nursery
• Attend deliveries upon request and provide immediate stabilization
• Manage and facilitate transfers of critical newborns to nearby NICUs
• Collaborate with a team of NNPs and Neonatologists to ensure high-quality patient care
• Participate in on-call duties from home during shifts
• Contribute to a brand new facility's clinical excellence and operational success

What You Need

• Valid North Carolina RN license
• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) credential
• 2+ years of NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization and management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

About the Assignment This exciting opportunity involves working in a newly built, state-of-the-art 10-bed Level I nursery at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Belmont, NC. The unit will serve approximately 600 deliveries annually and provide critical neonatal care in a collaborative setting supported by an experienced team.
