What You ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care within a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Assist with newborn nursery coverage and post-discharge planning
• Participate in roundings, assessments, and critical intervention as required
• Support family education and discharge planning processes
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and policy updates

What You Need

• Active and valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification (board certified)
• Minimum of 2+ years in a Neonatal NP role
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care, including resuscitation and stabilization
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
